Classes are at Geldeston Village Hall, The Street, Geldeston, Norfolk NR34 0LB.

Classes are in 5 or 6-week blocks during term time (pre-booked and payable in advance).
All equipment is provided. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move, eg t-shirt, leggings, jogging bottoms. Pilates is done in bare feet or socks.
Beginners courses will run from time to time when there is demand. Please get in touch if you are interested in a Beginners course. After Beginners, you can progress to Improvers level where we introduce a greater variety of exercises and more complex movement sequences to add challenge, develop your core strength further and improve balance and co-ordination skills.
